BC Fleet did not start in the car industry. We got to know long-term rental as clients – including what it is like when a rental issue is harder than it should be: endless transfers, an external workshop that does not know the car.
We want to serve the way we would have appreciated as clients: a clear contract, a predictable fee, genuinely full service – beyond the monthly rate, all you do is refuel or charge – and when something comes up, there is no question about who to call.
We only work with BMW and MINI. In the physical product – the car – we compete with no one: that is BMW Group's job, and they do it well. We work on everything around the car.
One group, two roles
Long-term rental for companies. The contract, the handover, the contact, the replacement car – everything around the car. That is us.
Our parent company, with 10+ years of experience – sharing a site with the fleet. It does all maintenance and repairs – the service work never leaves the group.
