2. Purpose of the Website, informative nature
The Website serves to present the Operator's long-term rental service and the available vehicles.
The vehicle data, equipment lists, images and indicative fees displayed on the Website are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Hungarian Civil Code. The guides published in the Knowledge base serve general information purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial, insurance or other professional advice, and they do not replace the opinion of a professional of the given field on your specific situation. Using, verifying and applying the information to your own case is the reader's own responsibility. BC Fleet Kft. does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information published, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excludes its liability for any damage arising from the use of the Knowledge base content or from decisions based on it. The precise, binding terms of the service are in every case contained in the individual written offer, the contract and its annexes, and the Terms and Conditions in force.

5. Contact, enquiries
An enquiry submitted through the Website does not create any obligation for either party to conclude a contract. Detailed information on the processing of personal data provided during contact is available in the Privacy Policy.
6. Amendments, governing law
The Operator is entitled to unilaterally amend these Terms; the version in force at any time is available on the Website and takes effect upon publication.
