What is worth knowing before you rent
What you see with us exists – our listing labels explained
With us there is no "that one's just gone, but we have something similar". Every listing is updated from our own fleet-management system. We explain exactly what in stock, on order and sample configuration mean – and what available for immediate handover means.
PricingA fixed fee for the entire term, no settlement – how is that possible?
The fee is fixed until the end of the term, there is no end-of-term settlement, and the residual value is not your problem. We explain what makes this possible – and how to recognise the unrealistically cheap offer you end up paying for at the end.
PricingWhat do the prices on our website include?
You see two prices per currency: with and without a first fee. These are not fees tailored to 5,000 km a year and unattainable in reality, but indicative prices calculated for 20,000 km a year with the full service content – with a lower mileage, yours may even be lower.
PricingEUR or HUF fee? Not a conversion – two separate structures
On the website you see both an EUR and a HUF fee. They are not conversions of each other: two separate calculations on their own currency and interest bases, with different rate levels. We explain who we recommend which to, and what to do about exchange-rate risk.
Before you decideWho can rent from us – and how many cars?
We rent to business entities, from one car up to several dozen. Before every offer we run a partner assessment – we openly explain what we look at and when we say no. And also why we place trust in start-ups more often than a financial institution would.
AccountingA trip log for VAT reclaim – do you have to pay extra for it?
Reclaiming more than 50% of the VAT requires a trip log. With us it is part of the monthly fee, at no extra charge, from our own system – all you do is categorise the month's trips.
Our offeringWhy do we rent out only BMWs?
Because this is what we know. BMW does what it does well – and we bring the same standard in the service. We explain why the fixed fee, the fast repairs and the availability guarantee are born from focus.
How it worksWho can drive the rented car – and can it go abroad?
Who can sit behind the wheel? Whoever the renter allows – we ask for the primary user's name and contact details, the rest is your decision. The car can also go abroad. One thing to keep in mind: the Hungarian tax authority (NAV) looks at business use, not good intentions.
How it worksCan I buy the car at the end of the term?
A frequent question – and our answer may surprise you at first: there is no purchase option. Not out of stinginess, but because a pre-set purchase price would put the tax-law integrity of the whole structure at risk – and your VAT deduction could pay the price. We explain the full background, with no loopholes.
How it worksWhat happens when life changes mid-term?
Long-term rental is a fixed-term contract with obligations on both sides. But we are human: if the company grows, an employee leaves or times get harder, we look for a joint solution – and we show how, through a real, anonymous example.
How it worksIs there comprehensive insurance on the car? No – and here's why that's good for you
There is no comprehensive insurance on the rented car – and that is a decision, not a gap. We show you the business logic behind it, and why you come out ahead: a lower fee, minimal paperwork, faster repairs, no loopholes.
For fleetsCompany car policy for larger fleets – from the basics to the employment contract
With multi-car fleets we do not just supply cars: we develop a complete company car policy from the basics to proposed employment-contract amendments – with categories, employee upgrade options, and no extra cost to the company. Because the company car is one of the strongest retention tools.
Our offeringFound a car in BMW's stock or in the configurator? We bring it to you on rental
You do not have to choose from our own offering. If you see a car in the domestic dealer stock, or build your own in the BMW configurator, we can give you a long-term rental offer for that too. We explain how it works – and the few real limits.
How it worksCan a meeting or a holiday fall through because of a repair? The 4-hour availability guarantee
With us, it is not a repair that decides whether the holiday or the out-of-town meeting goes ahead. If the car is out for more than 4 hours, we provide a free replacement car – as a mobility service.
Before you decideBuy, lease or rent? – an honest comparison
We do not claim rental is always best. We tell you what each option really costs: VAT deduction, capital tied up, operating burdens and residual-value risk – form by form, honestly, with numbers.
Service backgroundWhat does it mean that an authorised BMW Service Centre stands behind us?
Many fleet operators outsource servicing. With us, it stays within the group, at Bavarian Classics – and that is everything that matters in the hours after an accident.
