We rent to business entities, from one car up to several dozen. Since we are handing over one or more assets of significant value, we run a partner assessment before every offer – based on public and company-information data – and its result shapes the offer: it may happen that we can only offer a contract with a security deposit, and it may happen that we cannot offer one at all. With new businesses we can decide with more flexibility, in our own remit – and several of those relationships have turned into lasting cooperation.
Who can rent from us?
Business entities: from sole proprietors through limited companies to large corporations. Long-term rental is a B2B service – the fee is deductible as a business expense, the VAT is deductible under the rules, and the trip log is part of the monthly fee.
The partner assessment – openly
A rented car is an asset of significant value, handed over for years – that calls for a responsible decision on both sides. That is why we run a partner assessment before every offer: based on publicly available data and company-information services, we check whether it can reasonably be assumed that the business will be able to pay the fee throughout the entire term. The result also shapes the offer: in most cases it goes smoothly; sometimes we can offer a contract with a security deposit; and sometimes we say no. This is not distrust – it is the condition for not having to price other people's risk into our paying clients' fees.
When do we say no?
No secrets – the typical reasons:
- based on public and company-information data it cannot reasonably be assumed that the business will be able to pay the fee for the entire duration of the rental;
- the owner's previous businesses have repeatedly ended in liquidation or deletion;
- the business appears on one of the lists of the Hungarian tax authority (NAV) (e.g. taxpayers with tax shortfalls or under enforcement), or is, or has recently been, under enforcement.
If none of these applies, chances are we get to the offer quickly and simply.
And start-ups?
We make our own decisions, so with new businesses we can decide with more flexibility than a financial institution: we have made offers to companies without a closed financial year – typically with a security deposit – and several of those relationships have turned into lasting cooperation. If your company is new, contact us: we will look at the specific situation.
How many cars?
From one up to several dozen. A single-car client is not a "small client" with us: they get the same full service content, the same personal account contact and the same availability guarantee as anyone else – we put the full background behind a single car too. And for larger, multi-car fleets we can offer something few can: the development of a complete company car policy, with tax, accounting and legal backing – we wrote about it in a separate article.
From one car to several dozen, from start-up to large corporation – the standard is the same: a fair assessment at the start, full service after. That is how we can make responsible promises in both directions.

Frequently asked questions
Can I rent as a private individual?
No – we rent to business entities. As a sole proprietor, however, you can.
My company is new, without a closed financial year. Am I out of luck?
No. It is precisely with start-ups that we can be more flexible than a financial institution – possibly with a security deposit, but with a good chance of an offer. Contact us.
What exactly do you look at in the assessment?
Publicly available data and data from company-information services: the business's operating history, financial data, the Hungarian tax authority's (NAV) lists, enforcement information, and the fate of the owners' previous businesses. From you, we typically only need your tax number.
What is the security deposit for?
It secures the contract in cases where the assessment alone would not allow us to make an offer. Its amount and conditions are fixed in the offer in advance, transparently.
Is it worth renting even a single car from you?
Yes – the service content does not depend on the number of cars. A single car comes with every element of the service, in a single fixed fee: taxes, insurance, damage protection, servicing, wheels/tyres, trip log and the availability guarantee.
