In short

The BC Fleet fleet is serviced by our parent company, Bavarian Classics, an authorised BMW Service Centre. Repairs do not happen at an external partner but within the group – so in a damage event there is no coordination loss: one phone call, a replacement car from the fleet, and the repair is done by the workshop that has known the car from day one.

How is the group structured?

Many fleet operators subcontract the servicing: the renter contracts with one company, their car is repaired by another, and they mediate between the two. With us, these two roles sit within one group – but it is important to understand exactly which company does what.

Fleet management BC Fleet

Long-term rental for companies. The contract, the handover, the personal contact, the replacement car – everything around the car.

Authorised BMW Service Centre Bavarian Classics

Our parent company – on the same site as us. It does all maintenance and repairs for the fleet – with genuine parts, fully documented.

This setup is not a marketing device but an operating model: BC Fleet is not a service centre and does not want to be one. What we can guarantee is that the service work on your rented car never leaves the group.

The question is not whether the car gets repaired. It is how many phone calls, how many days and how many responsible parties surround the repair.

What happens when something goes wrong?

The hours after a damage event or a technical fault decide what a service background is worth. With us, the process looks like this:

  1. You let us know about the problem. During business hours through your personal contact, on the road or outside hours via the assistance line – one call, and the process starts.
  2. We coordinate with the workshop. Within the group, in an internal process – you do not have to mediate between two companies.
  3. If the downtime exceeds 4 hours, you get a replacement car from the fleet. From the same stock your rented car comes from – for a fee in the case of own-fault damage, free of charge in every other case.
  4. You get the car back, documented. Genuine parts, a recorded service history – the residual value reflects it too.

What does this mean in practice?

One phone number
Every matter is handled by your personal contact – claims handling, servicing, replacement car.
Included in the monthly fee
Maintenance, repairs, and the seasonal wheel change and storage – without separate invoices.
Genuine parts
Repairs are done at an authorised BMW Service Centre, with a documented service history.
Less downtime
No waiting for an external partner's slot – the fleet has priority in the group's workshop.

Frequently asked questions

Is BC Fleet an authorised BMW Service Centre?

No. The authorised BMW Service Centre is our parent company, Bavarian Classics. BC Fleet is the group's fleet-management company: we deal with the long-term rental, the contract and the personal contact – the service work is done by Bavarian Classics, within the group.

Who pays for repairs and maintenance?

The monthly fee includes full maintenance and repairs. As a renter you have no separate service invoices, and you do not have to compare repair quotes – that is part of the structure.

Do I get a replacement car while mine is in the workshop?

If the downtime exceeds 4 hours, yes – from our own fleet: for a fee in the case of own-fault damage, free of charge in every other case. Since the workshop is within the group, arranging the replacement car also runs in one hand – you do not have to mediate between two companies.

What happens if the car breaks down on the road?

You call our assistance line – at any time of day. They organise the roadside help, the car's transport and the replacement car; all you have to do is make a single phone call.
